PIX: Ranbir, Kareena, Saif at Shashi Kapoor's Christmas brunch
The entire Kapoor clan gathered at Shashi Kapoor's Juhu (a western Mumbai suburb) home -- Janki Kutir -- for a Christmas brunch on December 25.
Hosted by the ailing veteran actor's son Kunal Kapoor, the family affair started a little after noon when relatives started filing in to spend some time with Shashi Kapoor and partake of the lavish English spread.
Ranbir Kapoor, dressed in casuals, was spotted arriving for the brunch.
Gauahar Khan wins Bigg Boss 7
Actress Gauahar Khan has emerged as the winner of the seventh season of popular reality show Bigg Boss at the grand finale on December 28. She beat housemate Tanisha Mukherjee.
Gauahar won a prize money of Rs 50 lakh. She stayed in the house for 104 days.
"I thank my family for the support," she said after winning the show. "I am a big fan of the show. I did not expect to come so far, till the finale."
She was one of the strongest contestants from the Day One. Her romance with housemate Kushal Tandon caught everyone's attention, as the two declared their love for each other openly on the show. She constant friction with Tanisha was also a talking point in the house.
"They (Tanisha and Gauahar) have strong personalities. If they knew each other better, they could have been friends," Gauahar's sister Nigaar Khan said.
Tanisha, meanwhile, made headlines for her closeness to housemate Armaan Kohli.
"I did not expect so much love. It was an unbelievable experience. I took a risk and it paid off. I made good relationships in the show," Tanisha said. "I am happy to see my mother here. I love you a lot and missed you."
Tanisha's mother Tanuja got quite emotional, as she sat with the audience.
"I am proud of her," Tanuja said later. "For me, she has won the show, even if she doesn't win. I used to watch the show everyday. I couldn’t contact her, so the show was the only medium (of communication). Whenever she cried on the show, I cried as well."
Host Salman khan commented that Gauahar and Tanisha always stood on opposite sides, and almost became the captains of the rivals groups.
Jokingly, he said, “I don’t have to say who the vice captains were," hinting at Kushal Tandon and Armaan Kohli.
Gauahar Khan has earlier participated in shows like Khan Sisters and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
There were four contestants left in the house for the finale, including Sangram Singh and Ajaz Khan. Sangram came out first, followed by Ajaz.
The earlier evicted contestants like Pratyusha Banerjee, Kamya Punjabi, Elli Avram and Armaan performed during the finale.

Dhoom 3 movie review
The action dramas, since decades, stand triumph for stimulating the spectators to witness it. However, it’s the finale episode in the theatres that decides the fate of the flick. More than a month ago, the superhero Krissh did amaze us with its jaw-dropping action sequences.

The welcomed franchisee roped in a new fashion in Indian cinema and gifted us our first India superhero. Dhoom, which kicked off on a revolutionary note, also became a victorious franchisee with a new trend of anti-heroes. Adding one more feather in the cap, the writer-turned-director Vijay Krishna Acharya shoulders the responsibility to thrill its audience who are craving for more with its latest installment.
Acharya who faced disappointment with his directorial debut Tashan, balances himself well with Dhoom 3. The director gives a varied dimension to the flick by keeping the core- run and chase element- intact. While in the earlier two we came across roughly out an out cons, the latest offers a dark and emotional link to our protagonist.
New Delhi: Vijay Krishna Acharya would like to leave behind the failure of 'Tashan' with 'Dhoom 3'. In film circuits, he is known as someone who is technically sound and knows the pulse of the audience. Now, it's his time to prove all those claims right.
The film revolves around Saahir (the clown thief), played by Aamir Khan, and the cat-and-mouse game he is playing with Jai Dixit (Abhishek Bachchan). Katrina Kaif will be seen as Aaliya, while Uday Chopra will reprise his role of Ali the biker.The film has been promoted well, and has a huge starcast, so it is likely to get a good opening, but will it surpass previous Bollywood heist films in quality and thrill Aishwarya and Aaradhya were spotted having some fun.
